Where we differ from other people in our industry is in our passion for what we do. Most screen printers have "customers". We don't. We've have partner/clients. We believe success isn't about profits- it is about the number and the quality of relationships we are able to build. There is no greater satisfaction than to see one of our partners in a non-business environment, have them call us over to introduce us to a new friend, and to hear them describe us as a friend, rather than just "my screen printing guys".
MadTown Printing came to exist because we found the experience of having a short run of t-shirts done at a larger printing company in our area (no names- we've learned this is a common experience) to be intimidating and cold. For some companies, a short run of t-shirts isn't worth the time and energy it takes to process the order. At MadTown, we have a partner-focused model of business.
We won't ever forget our experience - how we felt like another job, another order. Honestly, it was deflating. Perhaps you've had the same experience we did. In our industry, there is frequent dissatisfaction with the end result. Some businesses don't create an environment where their partner/clients can give feedback on the experience.
